Jobing Description
Overview
This role provides administrative support for BAS Account Managers. This position also answers incoming phone calls and emails from participants.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Call Center
Answer incoming participant calls as scheduled
Send forms and documents requested
Customer Service
Retrieve and log main mailbox voicemails
Return calls
Retrieve forms requests
Send forms and documents requested
Respond to participant emails
Administrative Support
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Log incoming checks
Retrieve, date stamp & distribute incoming faxes
Deliver outgoing mail to mailroom
Retrieve and deliver unprocessed checks to and from safe
Maintain office supplies for department
Resend returned mail when address is provided
Maintain file room organization
Prepare and oversee shipments to offsite storage
Maintain log of file location in offsite storage
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with these required skills and education
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred skills include
Some secondary education or degree preferred
Previous office experience
Previous telephone experience
