Summary:

Nursefinders Account Executive increases market share and top-line revenues (sales) through sales and marketing efforts in the assigned area. The Account Executive manages an established territory, ranks accounts and perspective accounts by assessment of potential for referrals. The Account Executive is then responsible for management of the territory, maintains account information by performing the following duties.

Is responsible to meet established goals for the assigned territory, and maintains account information using SalesLogix.

Responsible for continually driving results to meet and exceed established goals for the assigned territory.

Performs market analysis and business development plan on an annual basis. Plan is analyzed, and utilized quarterly to update information and establish priorities for sales targets.

Develop business development plan with Branch Director and Clinical Director.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with the local market and models excellent customer service.

Attend weekly branch sales meetings, shares account activity from prior week and planned activity for current week.

Provide leadership in fostering community involvement and client education.

Must maintain a valid and current Driver s License as well as reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; or fives years of related sales experience with proven P&L success experience. Three years sales experience, including one year s Health Care sales experience, sales and marketing experience in home healthcare preferred; and/or training with a multi-unit home healthcare organization; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Must have had formal sales training. Prefer knowledge of payer sources, and product knowledge to sell home care services.
