Description

Life Time Fitness is currently seeking a qualified Aquatics Supervisor to drive success in our Aquatics Department.

As an Aquatics Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the pool area to ensure team members are providing a safe, clean, and fun environment while exceeding customer service expectations.

Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable about Life Time Fitness products and programs
- Ensure Aquatics Staff are performing to Life Time Fitness Standards
- Assist the Department Head with completing evaluations on lifeguard and swim instructor performance; ensure incident reports are correct and submitted to the appropriate department.
- Coach and counsel swim instructors, lifeguards and slide attendants to ensure the safety and comfort of members during pool hours.
- Be present on the pool deck during swim lessons to check in swimmers, answer member questions and concerns, and assist instructors with delivering quality swim lessons.

Qualifications
- Working towards High School diploma or GED
- Prior lifeguard experience
- Prior swim lesson experience
- Customer Service experience
- Licenses/Certifications
- Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid
- Red Cross CPR-PR/AED
- NSPF Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) preferred
