Description
The Sr It Client Consultant is responsible for overseeing and managing the capture and resolution of production related issues or requests. The Sr It Client Consultant manages troubleshooting efforts, changes and client communication for cases opened against his/her portfolio of Clients. The Sr It Client Consultant acts as a client advocate within AT&T Hosting & Application Services to ensure the highest quality of service and rapid response to issues.
One of the primary responsibilities of this role is to provide level one and two support for our HCM clients specifically focusing on PeopleSoft.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ years experience in product pre-sales, customer service, help desk, application or network support experience.
* Minimum 5-7 years relevant IT or business experience.
* Certified PeopleSoft training in HCM modules or 5 years experience supporting PS HCM modules.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with remote teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Enjoys providing customer excellent service.
* Ability to work on call as required and also in shifts between 8am-8pm M-F
Desired Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
