We are currently seeking Bilingual Collection Representatives to collect (via inbound and outbound telephone calls) from customers who are delinquent on their account. It is important to promote positive customer relations, provide quality service and assist customers by providing solutions to delinquency problems.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast paced, competitive environment and be willing to work specific eveningsand weekends. Individuals must have strong communication skills, basic computer skills and be comfortable talking on the phone throughout their shift.
