Responsibilities for this position include (but not limited to): Answering incoming phone calls from customers and health care professionals related to insurance coverage, prescription requirements and insurance billing and reimbursement processes. Processing a high volume of calls in a fast paced environment. Resolving discrepancies/ problem solving. Completing outbound calls as needed. Collecting payment from customers to resolve financial responsibility. Treating our customers with courtesy, empathy, and respect. Experience Needed: Candidates for this position will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills, and have the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace. Prior health care experience is beneficial but not required. Our comprehensive training program will give you the tools for success!
