Provide customer service to nursing home staff, physician office staff and patients by talking with clients on the phone, entering data into a specialized computer system, dispatching phlebotomists and couriers, tracking specimen collection and reporting, and trouble shooting missing, incomplete and incorrect orders.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients. Excellent customer service skills a must. Experience dispatching and coding desired. Knowledge of ICD9 and CPT coding a plus.
