Job Details:

Summary: Performs data entry, customer access and maintains contract files as assigned. Performs clerical tasks in support of the department. Assists with administrative matters.

Job Responsibilities: Maintains paper and computer data and performs data entry and batch control functions. Organizes, maintains and updates paper and electronic files. Interacts with department managers, vendors, outside customers on an as-needed basis in order to accomplish assigned tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum typing proficiency of 45 WPM.

Experience: Minimum of one year of related computer records management experience, including customer interactions. Demonstrated proficiency with computers, including data entry.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: None

Physical Requirements: Requires constant computer entry and frequent sitting. Ability to receive and clearly transcribe verbal instructions and requests; respond in a courteous manner when answering telephone call. Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
