Description

Life Time Fitness is currently seeking a qualified Deck Supervisor to drive success in our Aquatics Department.

As a Deck Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the pool area to ensure team members are providing a safe and clean environment while exceeding customer service expectations.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Life Time Fitness products and programs; ensure Aquatics Staff are meeting and exceeding goals.
- Assist the Department Head with inventory and ordering pool supplies and completing Critique Sheets on lifeguard performance; ensure incident reports are correct and submitted to the appropriate department.
- Coach and counsel lifeguards and slide attendants to ensure the safety and comfort of members during pool hours.

Qualifications
- Working towards High School diploma or GED
- Prior lifeguard experience
- Customer Service experience
- Licenses/Certifications
- Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid
- Red Cross CPR-PR/AED
- NSPF Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Aquatics Facilities Operator (AFO) preferred
- Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) preferred
- Lifeguard Instructor Trainer (LGIT) preferred
- WSI preferred
