Summary: Provides administrative support for executive level managers. Job Responsibilities: Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls. Uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses. Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications. Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s). Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents. Other duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Four years of college and/or business school preferred; specialized training in desktop office software preferred.

Experience: Minimum five years experience in a medical, commercial or industrial environment that included the coordination of diverse activities, interaction with various organizational units, conflict resolution and dealing with highly confidential and organizationally sensitive matters.

Requires a minimum typing proficiency of 65 wpm with accuracy. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None Physical Requirements: A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting for prolong periods of time, ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone and in person.
