We are hiring experienced automotive technicians to support customers for our client, a prestigious global automaker. As an Automotive Technician & Customer Service Specialist, you will be in charge of answering complex inquiries from dealerships involving service and parts subjects.

Parts Identification
Parts Ordering and Status
Backordered item ETA
Order cancelation
Parts Pricing
Place outbound phone calls to dealerships to follow up on recent inquiries

Gain experience and pursue a career
we have exactly what you are looking for!
If you have
2 - 5 years experience as an automotive technician
Thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions
Automotive Technical certification (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent written and verbal French language skills
