Job Description:
Columbus Area is seeking an individual that specializes in assessment of SMD and dually diagnosed consumers referred to the Agency within an average program length of stay of 12 weeks; provides brief individual counseling, community support program (CSP) services; AOD assessment, counseling, crisis intervention and community psychiatric support (CPS) services. Services are to be provided both in the community and in the office.
Job Requirements:
Master s and social worker license or LPC/LPCC credentials with scope of practice in AOD. Must be able to drive and transport consumers, and three (3) years experience in mental health field. Prefer MSW/LSW or LISW. Prior experience providing crisis intervention and mental health/AOD assessment services preferred. Benefit Package includes: Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement plans available. Paid Vacation 2-5 weeks per year, Twelve days paid sick leave and eight paid holidays.
