The Lincoln Electric Human Resources Internship will provide meaningful experiences that will enhance a student s education. The Intern will have the following responsibilities:

Standard operating procedures/HR processes documentation

Applicant sourcing

Project Team assignments i.e. Global HRIS, Intranet, Engineering Strategy, LMS, Mentoring Program, etc.

Applicant Flow tracking

All applicants must possess the following:

Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis

Desire to work in a manufacturing environment

Ability to pass standard pre-employment testing which included background screen, pre-employment physical exam, drug and nicotine testInterns
