Synergy HomeCare of South Dayton is looking for a dynamic individual to assume operations activities. We are looking for an experienced individual in the home health or home care industry. We are the absolute best in our market and we are looking for a person that is looking to join a winning team. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·                     Manages all employees, including the Scheduling Manager
·                     Ensures that all equipment is working properly
·                     Does all troubleshooting
·                     Interacts with the network company
·                     Keeps important telephone numbers on hand
·                     Maintains open communication with attorney and CPA (taxes and accounting practices)
·                     Ensures that all bills are paid
·                     Manages all the contracts
·                     Supervises the Marketer
·                     Ensures that all tasks all completed correctly
·                     Carries out all accounting functions
·                     Negotiates all advertising
·                     Negotiates all leases
·                     Acts as the final sign-off on all evaluations
·                     Acts as the final sign-off on all offer letters
·                     Responsible for interviewing and hiring caregiver positions
