Location: Financial Service Center- Brecksville, OH
Part-time (FTE = 0.4) Monday Friday - Days
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
* High school diploma or GED
* Two years of accounting experience
* Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to make sound decisions while working independently or part of a team
* Understanding of accounting transactions as it relates to the Accounts Payable function
* Demonstrated ability to use computers and general office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines,
Preferred:
* Lawson experience preferred
* Beginning to intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred
* Two years of Accounts Payable experience
DUTIES:
Processes supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Answers and effectively resolves internal and external phones calls in a timely manner. Performs backup role for supplier check generation and mailing; assists in opening and processing of mail. Verifies proper approval of Non PO invoices; Resolves discrepancies on PO invoices with purchasing. Reviews and resolves issues on the Received but Not Invoice Report ( RNI Report ). Performs various projects, special assignments and report generation as requested by Accounts Payable Lead; Meets productivity targets within 90 days of hire.
