Job: Part Time On Call Participant Counselor - Cincinnati, OH

Jobing Description

* Responsible for group educational meetings by delivering workshops on investments and retirement goals.
* Identify asset retention and gathering opportunities and initiate appropriate discussions with participants.
* Provide participants with insight into the funds offered under each clients plan with an understanding of fund objectives and fund performance.
* Provide regular activity reports to Manager, AE and others as required.
* Communicate effectively with team members, management and appropriate internal teams.
* Support Client Management, Sales and Marketing by promoting the Participant Counseling Organization.
* Maintain current and accurate records to document progress towards goals.
Qualifications
* Strong investment knowledge for education meetings and one-on-one counseling sessions.
* Knowledge of pension products required.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for contact with participants, sales personnel, service personnel and plan sponsors.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
* Willingness to work in a team environment.
* Team skills to contribute to the success of departmental goals and objectives.
* Computer skills desirable.
* FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required.
* Frequent overnight and weekend travel is required.
