Project Engineer (entry level) - COMBUSTION

Fives North American Combustion, Inc., a leading global supplier of industrial combustion systems, is seeking a number of individuals to prepare for future technical combustion sales positions in the US. These positions ultimately will have overall responsibility for the design and sales of combustion solutions across a wide variety of markets and customers in a defined territory. Most likely future locations will be Pennsylvania, Texas, Southern California, Illinois and Indiana..

Position Description

The candidates will go through a defined program at Fives North American's Cleveland, OH facility, spanning work time in the lab and system engineering group, Inside Sales, field work with the service team in start-ups/maintenance contracts, field activities with salespersons and classroom work. The program, depending on speed of learning of the individual, will span 18-months, after which the individual may be relocated to a full sales office position.

Job Requirements

* College degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
* Two-years of industrial work experience
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident, driven, self-directed
* Travel up to 30%
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable working independently. The position requires a motivated, self-starting individual, who can take a project from its earliest concepts and formulate and implement a complete control solution. That individual is then responsible for fully testing the solution in our facility and sometimes commission the control solution in the customer?s plant.
