Welcome to AMRESCO, LLC, a VWR International Company. We are an established company quickly becoming an emerging international leader within the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dedicated employee to fill a fast-paced and demanding position as a Quality Assurance Inspector.

We are looking for a self motivated and detail oriented individual to become a part of our growing team.

We have two available positions. The first position is first shift with willingness and flexibility to work other shifts as needed. The second position is a swing shift from 12 (Noon) to 8:30PM with willingness and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift if necessary.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated leadership abilities through project/improvement activity completion
* Participation on a team in a facilitator or lead role
* Problem solving acumen as demonstrated through process improvement, new project ideas, innovation
* Abillity to work well in a fast paced and varied environment

Preferences:

*
Prior experience in as an inspector, auditor, production supervisor, or lead

*
Experience training and coaching

*
Experience in and ISO regulated facility

*
Understanding of product documentation and production environments

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Performs inspection tasks by following established work instructions and procedures, using required tools and methods and where applicable equipment to determine acceptability of product, components and documentation.

Performs pre-fill, in-process, and final inspections with the aid of documented work instructions and inspection information as required.

Stops production and notifies area supervisor or Regulatory Affairs in the event of a discovery of a major non-conformance.

Documents discovered non-conformances by utilizing appropriate methodologies and applicable AMRESCO procedures and work instructions.

Documents and trends any quality production issues discovered during the course of inspections.
