Currently, we are looking for an assertive and charismatic individual to fill a dynamic and exciting position in Sales and Business Development. We are seeking someone with consultive sales experience that will allow them to understand customer s strategic needs and match and align our products and capabilities to those needs.
Our sales professionals have a base plus commission structure that can yield significant income potential in alignment with sales growth productivity.
We are looking for an individual with:
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve customer needs by providing both product and value added service. Successful, consultative experience selling technical products and services in business to business environments.
A hunter mentality demonstrated ability to find, develop, and successfully close sales.
Ability to travel in assigned territory 15-20% of time
A minimum of five years sales experience.
In addition, you will focus on
Finding and identifying our products and services to the biotechnology market segments.
Developing creative and unique applications for products and delivery/configuration models, which are integrated into the customer s manufacturing process.
Cultivating strong, multi-level trust relationships to better understand the customer s strategic objectives and needs looking forward.
