Job Description:
Responsible for technical analysis, design, code and testing of components of SAP (ECC 6.0). Involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications. Required to participate in pager/on-call support and will report to the Client Service Team Manager.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Perform system access profile development and maintenance for external users within various applications to backend internal EBS applications, such as SAP ECC 6, Business Warehouse (BW), Customer Relations Manager (CRM), Supply Relationship Management (SRM), Product Data Management Initiative (PDMI), Active Directory, Business Objects Enterprise, and other DLA applications that may require integration within the EBS External Portal
* Coordinate with the EBS Build External User Organizational Alignment/Human Performance team lead to schedule all new projects and workload. Follow existing Sustainment procedures surrounding new workload receipt and scheduling.
* Create new job roles and perform account maintenance for external users (this requires coordination with Sustainment teams from Windows, Portal and Automated Management and Account Management Provisioning System (AMPS) administrators)
* Perform system testing to include creation and management of test accounts within SAP and other applications as necessary
* Assist with auto provisioning, which will be a requirement for user account management and require design and integration activities within AMPS
* Design, develop and deliver the information security policy across the entire organization
* Design, develop and deliver the security architecture across the development through the production environments
* Capable of instructing, directing, and verifying the work of security analysts as applicable to all aspects of data security and role development based on corporate security standards
* Responsible for developing and managing threat detection and first responder program for the enterprise
* Contributing to strategic direction for the development of security principles across departments and divisions
* At senior levels, provide technical leadership and direction on complex projects
* Work with Auditors during reviews and able to communicate the segregation of duties conflicts and security risks to the organization
Skills / Requirements
Required qualifications:
* At least 3 yrs of SAP Application Security Experience, Knowledge of IT Security Audit, Security Process/Procedures
* Business security knowledge (e.g., Segregation of Duties)
* Experience with CUA (Central User Administration)
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Strong teamwork capabilities and ability to work in a matrix management environment that attends to and supports both Corporate and Business Unit requirements
* Good judgment and decision-making to solve problems or satisfy requests from the Corporate and Divisional ITS staff
* Market foresight, learning agility and teaming (RI key competencies)
* Work independently under general direction
* **US citizenship required**
* Eligible to receive NAC clearance

* Exposure to Systems Lifecycle Methodology
* Exposure to Production Application Support
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Government security clearance
* Understanding of Supply Chain processes

* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
