Store Planning Construction Manager
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience. Good communication skills both oral and written. Ideal candidate will be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ability to travel is a must for this position.
The Store Planning Construction Manager would assist development managers with obtaining due diligence for proposed store projects. Perform store project material take offs. Work with contract administrator and directors to coordinate bid list, notice to proceed and other contract documentation. Coordinate with general contractors and store managers for the completion of outstanding construction items (punch-list). Manage 5 - 10 store construction projects annually, with a project manager acting as mentor and person accountable for the construction project activities. Manage special projects as assigned. Conduct store construction progress inspections and punch-list inspections as needed.
