AECOM Peru is in need of a Document Controller's to support the Lima Airport project. Key components of the job description includes keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings; creating reports for construction managers; keeping documentation safe and backed up; and performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates. Other duties and responsibilities of a document controller include printing out and distributing project documents to managers, vendors and team members; converting paper documents to an electronic format; keeping files organized by project; documenting meetings and uploading documents to the web. This clerical role requires someone with strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work with documents, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team.

- Between 5 - 7 years project related experience
- Minimum 5 - 7 years Document Control experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in using electronic document management system
- Intermediate competency level in the subject matter of Document Control
- Must be fully Bilingual in English & Spanish- reading, written & spoken in both languages
Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage
Computer literate - MS Office applications
Adobe Acrobat Professional
Electronic file management
Knowledge of the document management life cycle
