Job Description

Thisis a great opportunity to work for Endava Group Support Team, within the ITSupport Department.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • •Support escalation from the Service Desk for 2nd Level Desktop and Onsite support 
    •Provide end-user support for Business Applications
    •Provide support for desktop operating systems primarily Windows alongside Apple Mac O/S 
    •Documentation maintenance and provision for colleagues including Level 1 and 2 support 
    •Integrate with remote 2nd line support
    •Fault find and problem solve recurring desktop issues


Qualifications


Mandatory skills:

•Windows 7-10 (essential)
•Imaging and deploying Windows equipment using various tools including Altiris and SCCM
•Hardware support: Various Windows devices inc, HP, Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, Surface
•Active directory

•IPT support
 Knowledge of networking concepts, principles and troubleshooting skills

Desirable skills

•Office up to 2016 and 365, Sharepoint
•GoogleApps
•Mobile telephony (including Apple, HTC & Samsung)
•Polycom VC, printing support, patch management, asset Management
•Software deployment using Altiris and SCCM
•ITIL awareness
•Process development 

•Microsoft Windows Server Administration

•Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
•Flexible and confident working on your own, based out on client sites
•Self-starter, reliable, proactive and positive attitude
•Ability to work alongside multiple vendors
