The Procter & Gamble U.S. Business Services Company seeks an IT Application Sr Mngr (Cincinnati, OH) to own data gathrng, analysis, validation, & mngmnt of sltn req’ts for our employee equity prgrms. Req’s Bach degree in EE, Computer Eng’g, Comp Sci, Info Tech, or rltd & 5 yrs of hnds on exp dsgnng, dcmntng, cnfgrng & cdng chngs to meet functional req’ts. Mst have exp with: Exprt Equity Mngmnt wrk prcss knwl incl admin of stock options, rstrctd stock awrd, prfrmnc shares, equity taxation incl int’l trailng tax req’ts; SAP HCM Functional Cnsltng incl ability to undrstnd & modify config to cntrl functionality of the SAP R/3 HR systm; SAP Payroll Tchncl Cnsltng incl ability wrk with Pyrll Schms, functions, & pyrll drvrs, & dynmc actions; SAP ABAP sklls incl ability to read & write code in SAP systm, dfnng data strctrs, mdfyng data dictionary; SAP Intgrtion config incl ability to create & modify intrfcs incl MFT, CFT, SFTP, web srvcs, & API- bsd intgrtions; bldng & implmntng encryption mthds (e.g., PGP); dsgnng & bldng intgrtion with brokrs & tax prvdrs (e.g. SaaS API intgrtion). Will accpt 2 yrs of wrk exp in lieu of each yr not cmpltd twrd the dgr req’t. Will accpt any suitable combo of edu, training or exp.
