Bilingual Spanish Part-Time HR Admin
Leadpoint is looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish Part-time Admin Assistant to assist in many important functions such as staffing, onboarding, and payroll.
Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the roll, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR. The goal is to ensure facility operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to our client and Leadpoint as a whole.
Assist in the recruiting process, calling potential candidates on the phone to schedule appointments for top-grading, including coordinating a short tour of the plant by the line leader.
Conduct employee onboarding
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as W4 changes, address and personal data changes as needed.
Assisting with vacation and time off requests.
Coordinate weekly payroll processing
Maintaining employee files and records in paper form and electronic
Scanning and emailing the home office all of these documents daily as needed.
Data entry, daily paperwork, and weekly reports.
Essential Qualifications for success:
Proven experience as Administrative Assistant.
At least 2-year experience in employee on-boarding.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Payroll systems (e.g. ADP or Easy Labor) will be a plus.
Aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent communication and people skills.Bilingual Spanish.
Additional HR training will be a plus
Part-Time Schedule: Flexible - (Must be available Mondays)
