    The Tax Analyst will support various tax functions by being actively involved in the activities and projects of the Corporate Tax department. Responsibilities include assisting with Federal, State and Local income tax compliance, international tax computations, sales and use compliance, as well as participate on various special projects.



    • Prepare Federal, State and Local income tax returns, extension and estimates
    • Assist with property tax and sales and use compliance
    • Assist with preparation of the domestic tax provision under ASC 740
    • Prepare quarterly tax account reconciliations
    • Calculate tax depreciation on fixed assets
    • Assist with the research and analysis of new or revised tax laws and regulatory pronouncements and the potential impact on the Company.
    • Assist with R&D tax credit
    • Assist with tax audits and prepare responses to tax notices.
    • Work on special projects and tax planning as needed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required and 1-2 years of experience in Public Accounting or a Corporate Tax Department is a plus.
    • Well versed with standard desktop technology with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

    • Articulate, well spoken with strong interpersonal and communication skills
