What You'll Do as an Advertising Representative:

  • Autonomously execute specific retail marketing initiatives in the name of enhancing customer experiences and increasing brand exposure and sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date visibility into these marketing initiatives for team leadership, senior management, and other departments by attending in-store campaigns daily and marketing client’s satellite TV and electronic services.
  • Contribute to development of sales pipeline and client base by proactively engaging customers in-store, providing information, and closing sales.
  • Act as front-line support for clients in need, both externally and internally.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services and Success leads in region execute winning marketing solutions to increase client subscriptions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all satellite TV services and client solutions, both existing and forthcoming.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of services and differentiators to develop and present unique programs that surprise and delight.
  • Engage with clients, gather first-hand feedback on client services, along with sharing updates on brand developments / updates, active initiatives, and/or other relevant items.
  • Meet day-to-day with prospective clients and gather intel on real service needs, project priorities, success definition, etc.
